One of the many unique features of
the Estate is the Lifestyle Centre.
The Lifestyle Centre is the social and information hub of the Estate. The Lounge & Bar provides the inspiration and space to host large dinner parties for friends & family or live music concerts. Yet this area is easily be transformed into a private, warm and intimate space for a child’s blessing ceremony or a club-style venue for watching international rugby matches on the big screen. The Stonehurst Functions Manager is there to assist residents in making their functions truly memorable events.
The Games Room is perfect for movie nights with the kids or a place in which to challenge other residents to a game of darts or pool.
Both Estate Management and the estate’s Managing Agents (Cape Classic Property Solutions) have their offices at the Lifestyle Centre. They are available Monday through to Friday from 08h00 to 16h30 to assist you and ensure that all your queries are answered.
Whether you need information, fitness advice, a game of pool, an incredible venue to celebrate that special occasion or just a really great place to relax in, the Stonehurst Lifestyle Centre can accommodate all your needs and more.
Lounge and Restaurant
Our residents can enjoy our inviting lounge, a cozy and relaxing space, designed for relaxed family times. Additionally, our restaurant offers a full ala carte menu with meals served to suite just about any occasion. Residents are welcome to book our venue at nominal fees for parties, events, or functions, ensuring unforgettable moments on the estate.
The estate team also host periodic events, where you can book tickets and immerse yourself in the community spirit. Finally, our boardroom and functions venue are perfect for hosting work conferences.

Stonehurst Fitness
Our gym boasts a pristine and well-equipped exercise space, ensuring our residents have all they need to achieve their fitness goals. In addition to the well-equipped work out spaces the gym boasts a 20m heated pool, as well as separate male and female steam rooms.
The Lifestyle Centre offers all residents unfettered access to Stonehurst Fitness. Here residents can lift weights, do cardio, swim or enjoy the steam room session.
The well-equipped gym offers friendly staff as well as Professional Personal Trainers at the tip of one’s fingers. PPT’s are available at a nominal extra cost to help residents achieve their fitness goals through quality programs set up individually for the resident.
There are various in-house beauty and health service providers as well as a professional Physio Therapist within the Lifestyle Centre. Although at an extra cost, the services are extremely affordable at discounted rates to residents.
Stonehurst Fitness is a place where residents can push their physical limits in a friendly, clean and fun environment.
We’ve made it convenient for our residents to stay on top of their Vitality and Momentum points by allowing updates and uploads right here in the gym. Additionally, we offer a range of bespoke services, including beauty therapy, massages, facials, nail parlour, eye lashes, and physiotherapy.
